Be sure to stick to the style that intrigues you. The style that you want to play and that band that you're going to start some day, or this style that you're going to play on your acoustic guitar while your strumming or picking and singing along in front of people at the café.
There are many videos on how to play guitar chords and tabs and free learning and educational videos of all sorts. Just make sure to find the lessons that work for you with the way that you like to learn and like to play your guitar. Don't get distracted by all the styles out there that you don't care about. Just think about your band and the type of guitar that you will play when you get really talented some day.
You really also need to keep motivated to practice every day. And one of the best ways to stay motivated is constantly dream and imagine about the day when you will be in your own band and playing your guitar in front of an audience who loves your songs. And they love the way strum your guitar and sing with your guitar.
